Live From World Senior Games...

I have been in St. George, Utah for the past week, as an exhibitor at the Huntsman World Senior Games. I am totally impressed by the health and well being of many of these athletes. They range in age from 50 to 90. Imagine being able to compete at ANY level well into retirement.

A vibrant, active lifestyle will keep more seniors alive than any Rx. They workout, socialize and compete like they were kids. So impressive. They wear their medals like true champions, engage in polite or deep conversation and generally revel in a life well spent.

For those of us dreading the process of aging, their is great hope. It is not found in the doctor's office or in a recliner, but in living a life worth living...all the way to the end. I am recommitted to fighting my way to the finish, finding a challenging and rewarding hobby and competing until I can no longer stand.

God bless our senior population worldwide! Take a page from the lives of these world-class athletes and get out there and LIVE!

Peace from the Games
